Bob BattistaSpecial AdvisorBob Battista is a special advisor for IHME Client Services. Bob worked with IHME Client Services to help launch their data and services to corporations as part of IHME’s impact mission on global public health and has continued to advise on opportunities for growth and impact. Bob’s career path has led him to the fields of healthcare and education. He initiated some of the earliest US-based distance learning products. Additionally, Bob implemented early healthcare education programs for doctors, nurses, and patients; including the first specialty pharmacy which served Cystic Fibrosis patients and assisted them in obtaining affordable medications and access to care. In the last 25 years, Bob has exclusively focused on healthcare markets. He is the Co-Founder of Doctor Evidence, a leading evidence-based medicine company. Bob’s passion to help entities accurately identify the emerging burden of disease is driving his commitment to work with IHME Client Services. Bob holds advanced degrees from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management (MBA), and an honorary Surgeons degree (Fellowship) from the Royal College of Physicians of Edinberg.
