Kajal Bains 

Engagement Manager

Kajal Bains is an Engagement Manager at IHME Client Services. She leverages IHME's population health data to help healthcare clients meet their strategic goals and expand access to their offerings. Kajal is a data-driven, creative partner who builds long-term relationships with the private sector and champions IHME's data.

Prior to joining IHME, Kajal worked at L.E.K. Consulting where she supported corporate and private equity healthcare clients with growth strategy and diligence. Her other professional experiences include Johnson & Johnson, Edwards Lifesciences, and startups in the malnutrition and diabetes spaces.

Kajal holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
