Charlene focuses on client relationships and building long-term partnerships to aid organizations in advancing healthcare objectives by utilizing the most accurate health data available to optimize the health of populations.
Charlene’s professional background has been in diverse arenas of the Life Sciences industry; she most recently served as a Client Success Executive for 3M Health Information Systems working with cross-functional teams to define and implement technology-driven and consulting services solutions that augment vital revenue cycle solutions, systems, and processes. Charlene earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from Letourneau University and holds a certification in “Digital Transformation: Leading People, Data & Technology” from UC Berkeley’s Executive Education program. |
