Charles JonscherHead of IHME Client ServicesCharles Jonscher is the Head of IHME Client Services, leading the drive to support IHME by offering its health data and analytics to corporations worldwide. He took a degree in electrical sciences at Cambridge University followed by a PhD in economics at Harvard. He then held teaching appointments at Harvard University and at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was co-director of the Research Program on Communications. From MIT he joined the management consulting firm Booz Allen, as head of its European technology practice. In 1990 he founded the consulting, M&A and corporate finance group CET; he was group CEO until 2015, working on transactions and projects in a range of sectors including biopharma/healthcare. During his career he has published widely on technology and finance; his book “Wired Life: Who are We in the Digital Age” (John Wiley) has been published in 7 editions. His professional work is now focused full-time on the health sector.
